The Kay Swan Meeting Room may be reserved for educational or literary purposes when no admission or charge is made. To reserve the Kay Swan room call the directors at 920-361-5420 or e-mail director@berlinlibrary.org [1].  For profit organizations may reserve the Kay Swan Meeting Room for a fee of $25.00 per half day (4 hours).

A meeting room disclaimer must be signed by an officer or official of any group using the meeting room.
