Digitization Service: Preserve Your Memories

Do you have have old family videos, slides, or negatives you'd like to preserve in a digital format? The library will be offering a VHS to DVD (or USB drive) conversion service and a slide/film digitization service from March 4-18.

Slide/film Digitization:
Come in anytime between March 4-18 (or call ahead to reserve a 2-hour time slot in advance) to use our Kodak Scanza Digital Film & Slide Scanner and convert your slides and film into digital photographs. Bring your own SD card and/or USB drive. USB drives are available for sale at the library for $2.50.

VHS to DVD/digital:
Call ahead to reserve your spot on our list for the VHS to DVD/digital transfer service. Those who register in advance may drop off their VHS tapes beginning the last week of February. 
Please note that the cost of this service has increased to $3 per tape (this cost inludes the price of the resulting physical media). 
Please also note that copyrighted materials and recorded TV cannot be processed.
