Free yoga classes at the Berlin Public Library! 3 opportunities to participate:

A gentle, slow flow yoga practice. The class may feature breath awareness, warm-up, sun salutations, balancing, standing and seated poses, active or passive inversions, twists and rest offered with variations. Must be able to get down to the mat. This yoga series is great way to cultivate your yoga practice and learn foundations and techniques.
Beginners welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Instructor bio: Jennifer Duffy RYT has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Her yoga journey began with teacher Jenny Tumas in 2001. Jennifer completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2014. Jennifer is a life-long educator in elementary teaching, currently working for the Berlin School District. She believes in yoga as a remedy for the stresses of daily life. When leading a class, Jennifer focuses on discovering peace from within through body, breath and mind.
