At this workshop you will learn simple Qigong Movements that can be done by anyone, regardless of physical capabilities. Qigong is practiced by millions of people around the world. It has scientifically been shown to have many healing benefits.

Qigong can be done standing or seated.
It requires no equipment or special clothing.
