On Monday April 30th the library is hosting a Bad Art Afternoon at 4pm. The library will provide from its storehouse of crafts all kinds of materials: paints, feathers, googly eyes, crayons, paper, playdough, glitter, paper, etc. You provide the creativity. The object is to simply have fun – no judgement. Make your artwork as terrible, silly, ugly, bad as you like. Participants will get 20 minutes to create their art, 10 minutes for conversation and snacks, and 10 minutes to vote on each other’s work (not really judgement, just appreciation for a job horribly gone wrong). The worst of the worst winner will be announced and get a truly awful trophy.
